Stored on your device
An essential, signed access cookie (rlusd-access, 30 minutes, Secure and HttpOnly) helps protect delivery endpoints. We remember storage choices and explicitly chosen display preferences (theme, timezone, clock format, relative ages and motion) and alert preferences in local storage. Timezone detection uses your browser settings, not location permission. Manage display choices on the Preferences page. Optional offline caching starts only when you choose Enable offline: it stores public pages in Cache Storage and the latest market snapshot in IndexedDB. Use Storage settings in the footer to withdraw that choice and remove offline data. The site remains usable online with Essential only.
Email subscriptions
When email delivery is enabled, your email address and chosen topics are stored to deliver the alerts you request. You must confirm by email before receiving alerts. Every alert includes an unsubscribe link. In preview mode, interests are saved locally and no email address is collected.
Infrastructure
The deployed service may process IP addresses and request information to deliver content and prevent abuse. Operational logs have a short configured retention. No advertising scripts are loaded.
Optional Google Analytics
When configured, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures visits to public content and engagement using browser and device information and first-party cookies such as _ga. Google processes this information; see Google’s privacy policy. We do not send email addresses, URL query strings or login tokens in our analytics events. Admin, Preferences and subscription confirmation/unsubscribe pages are excluded. Advertising consent is denied and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days, separately from offline storage. Use Preferences → Manage analytics to decline or withdraw. Withdrawal stops tracking, removes this site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload the tag. It does not delete information already received by Google. Analytics remains off if it is not configured or your choice cannot be saved. Contact us about previously collected information.
Administrator login
Google sign-in is optional and only used by site administrators. Google and AWS Cognito process authentication information under their own terms. Verified email addresses are checked against a server-side allowlist. The browser keeps the ID token in memory, not in offline storage; a short-lived login verifier is removed after callback. Operational action records expire after 30 days. No public visitor account is required.

This notice will be updated to identify advertising partners and any required consent controls before their scripts are loaded.
